📁 Approach
I center creative culture, community building, and story innovation—bringing 12+ years of agency experience in partnership with brands such as Nike, Red Bull, A24, Headspace, and Google. In recent years I’ve transitioned to in-house creative and marketing for consumer-facing startups/companies across healthcare, technology, fashion and hospitality. In 2022, I founded Two Two, a gallery-shop and concept space for emerging fashion and craft-forward programming in Oakland, CA.

Versatile, enterprising, honest. I leverage the following for my work as a creative leader: brand strategy, creative and art direction, campaign development, copywriting, graphic design, account and project management, content production, lifestyle marketing, trend analysis, go-to-market, social media, public relations, talent management, partnerships and events.

I am open to contract and freelance in creative/marketing beginning February 2023, or 1-2 week strategy sprints now.

Two Two is developing our Spring 2024 event calendar and open to exhibition and workshop submissions from artists and creatives.

The Gleamery

Brand: The Gleamery
Industry: Dental services
Location: Portland, OR

The Gleamery is a venture-backed dental services platform making oral healthcare more smileworthy. As the first in-house hire I’ve collaborated in-step with the Founder, agency partners and advisors since 2019 to launch and scale the company.

I’ve had a hand in building every facet of the company’s culture and DNA. You name it, from brand system to go-to-market plan—even designing the calming scent of laurel leaf and coconut within the space. Balancing everchanging processes and growth ambitions, pressure testing archaic healthcare systems against modern hospitality frameworks, I’ve worn nearly every hat to ship best-in-class experiences that redefine dental wellness.

Working from a place of both deep conviction and empathy, I’ve helped pave the way for The Gleamery’s ambitious plans for national expansion—and as a result, more cavity-free communities.

Essential “The New Vanguard”

Brand: Essential
Industry: Consumer electronics
Location: Palo Alto, CA

This is a youth anthem campaign video for consumer electronics startup, Essential. The company’s mission was to innovate mobile tech for our innately social needs. It’s founded by the inventor of Android who also created the T-Mobile Sidekick in the early 2000s. With that device the internet became MOBILE. This boosted a whole generation. This changed social technology and social order.

Did Essential have another trick up their sleeves for the next gen? A generation that strong arms conscious choice vs. everyone’s choice? So, to tee up [stealth project], we wanted to wake the people up to the company’s unexpected origins while heading into an otherwise deal-laden, back-to-school campaign season with the Essential Phone.

Produced by the adventurous film collective Snow Beach with strategy & direction from myself as brand marketing lead at Essential.

RBMA Festival Los Angeles

Client: Red Bull Music Academy
Agency: Public-Library
Industry: Music & entertainment
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Red Bull Music Academy is a global platform that seeks to make a difference in today’s musical landscape through emerging, diverse programming. For its very first RBMA festival in Los Angeles, design studio Public-Library developed the key concept and visual system that would headline the festival—creating a passage through perception that was distinctly LA to promote the month-long festival.

As brand director at Public-Library in a client relations, strategic creative and operations role, I guided the entire team and project journey from pitch, to partnership, to final delivery across digital, social, experiential and OOH.

Fun fact, the back of my head was handpainted on a mural in Downtown LA!

Nike Room72

Brand: Nike
Industry: Athletic apparel & footwear
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Room72 is an elevated brand space by Nike and Nike Sport Research lab to host influential players performing not just on the largest pitches or arenas in the world—but also global stages, screens, and beyond. The launch of the space correlated with an influencer activation during NBA All-Star Weekend where Room72 opened its elusive doors to an extended roster of cultural influentials from H.E.R. and Kendrick Lamar to Leticia Bufoni and Spike Lee.

I contracted with Nike in an operational and experiential production role to launch Room72 and influencer programming related to ASW.
